My experience spans retail, banking, financial markets, telecommunications, government and logistics, with engagements involving organizations such as Rexel, Société Générale, ESMA, Carrefour, Saint-Gobain, the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, Sodexo and ALTEN.

My recent work focuses on Enterprise AI, Agentic AI and AI Platform Architecture: designing Hybrid AI Mesh architectures, multi-tenant Enterprise AI platforms, AI service catalogues, multi-agent orchestration, RAG architectures, LLMOps, governance, security and AI industrialization.
